This policy covers subscriptions and top-up credits purchased for Darsh Enterprises products, currently the Poster Studio app.
Plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) are prepaid for a fixed term and delivered as an unlock code. Access starts when you activate the code and ends at expiry. There is no auto-renewal — you are not charged again automatically, so no cancellation is required to stop future charges; simply do not renew.
Top-up packs add generation credits and are delivered immediately as a code. Credits do not expire.
Because access and codes are delivered digitally and immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once a code has been issued or activated, except where a refund is required by law. If you were charged but did not receive a working code, contact us and we will deliver the code or issue a full refund.
Email support@darshenterprises.online within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay Payment ID and the email used for the purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
