By using the Poster Studio app ("the App") or the website at darshenterprises.online ("the Site") from Darsh Enterprises you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App, subject to an active subscription after the free trial.
A limited free trial, then a paid subscription (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) and optional top-up credits. Payments are processed via Razorpay; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Each unlock code is tied to one device.
You are responsible for the social accounts and access tokens you connect and for all content generated and posted, and must comply with the terms of Meta, WhatsApp and any platform you post to.
Posters are created with third-party AI (Google Gemini) and can be inaccurate. Review content before publishing. Do not create unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content, including misleading health claims.
Do not reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute our software except as permitted, or attempt to bypass the subscription, caps or licence.
The products are provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content posted, account suspensions or service interruptions; total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the prior three months.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
